QuotaSpot Terms of Sale
Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE]
These terms apply when you use https://radatar.tech or buy QuotaSpot. QuotaSpot is made and sold by Emad Alghail, an independent developer based in Yemen ("we", "us"). Contact: emadalghail60@gmail.com.
When you buy, you also accept the Software Licence (Software Licence (EULA)), the Refund Policy, the Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy.
1. What you are buying
We sell one product and one optional service:
| Item | Price | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| QuotaSpot licence | $49, one-time | The QuotaSpot kit (scripts, configuration and guides you install on an OpenWrt router) and QuotaSpot Setup (a desktop app for Windows and Linux that installs the kit). Install it on as many routers as you like, your own or your clients'. Includes 12 months of updates and remote support by email (section 5). |
| Remote setup (optional) | $39 per router | We install and test QuotaSpot for you on one router, in one remote screen-share session (section 6). You need a QuotaSpot licence first. |
| On-site setup | by quote | Sana'a, Yemen only, under a separate written agreement (section 7). |
What you may do with the software is set out in the Software Licence (Software Licence (EULA)). There is no monthly fee and no subscription.
QuotaSpot does not include a router, router hardware support, an internet connection, payment/voucher/SMS login features or any hosted service. Your router must run OpenWrt (24.10 or 25.12) and meet the requirements shown by the free compatibility checker on our website. Please run the checker before you buy.
2. Our payment partner
Payments are processed by our payment partner, Payoneer. You buy from us, Emad Alghail: we are the seller, and Payoneer only handles the payment (card or bank transfer) on our behalf. After you pay, we send your receipt and download link by email. Payoneer's own terms and privacy policy apply to how it processes your payment.
We never see or store your full card or bank details.
3. Prices and taxes
- Prices are shown in US dollars on our website at the time you buy. The payment partner may show the price in your local currency.
- Prices are final: we do not add sales tax, VAT or GST at checkout. If your country requires you to account for tax on a purchase from abroad (for example reverse-charge VAT for businesses), that is your responsibility. [CONFIRM WITH A TAX ADVISER]
- Your bank may charge currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees. These are not set by us.
- We may change prices at any time. A change does not affect orders already paid.
- If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Delivery
- After payment, you receive a download link (on the confirmation page and/or by email from the payment partner).
- Delivery is digital only. Nothing is shipped. Remote setup is delivered as a remote session (section 6).
- Download links may expire or be limited in the number of downloads. Keep a copy of your files. If your link stops working, email emadalghail60@gmail.com with your order number.
- Updates during your 12-month update period are made available the same way or by email.
5. Support
How: support is remote for all customers, wherever you are: by email to emadalghail60@gmail.com, in English or Arabic [CONFIRM LANGUAGES], and - where we think it helps and you agree - a remote screen-sharing session. You stay in control of your computer during a screen-share and can end it at any time. Never share your router or admin passwords with anyone who is not handling your case.
What it is: best effort. We answer as soon as we reasonably can; we do not guarantee a response time or a fix. [OPTIONAL: state a target, e.g. "we aim to reply within 2 business days" - only if you can keep it.] Support helps you or your installer do the installation; if you want us to do it for you, that is the paid Remote setup service (section 6).
What is covered - for 12 months from purchase:
- installing and using the QuotaSpot kit and QuotaSpot Setup;
- on routers that our compatibility checker rates "Great fit", running a supported OpenWrt version;
- questions about QuotaSpot features (guest accounts, daily allowances, the admin panel,
portal-user); - bugs in the kit or the app.
What is not covered:
- router hardware, faults, warranty claims or recovering a router (we will point you to the maker's and OpenWrt's recovery guides);
- routers the checker rates anything other than "Great fit", or routers not in the checker;
- installing OpenWrt itself on routers other than through QuotaSpot Setup's GL.iNet switch;
- your network design, internet service, other software on the router, or changes you made to the kit;
- legal or compliance advice;
- doing the installation for you (that is Remote setup, section 6);
- on-site visits (section 7).
We may help outside this scope as a courtesy, but that does not create an obligation.
6. Remote setup (optional paid service)
What you get. For $39 per router, one of us installs QuotaSpot on one router for you in one remote screen-share session, and does a basic test: a test guest account can sign in on the login page, gets a daily allowance, and the admin panel opens from the business network. If you have a supported GL.iNet model (GL-MT3000 or GL-MT6000) still on GL.iNet's firmware, the session can include switching it to standard OpenWrt with QuotaSpot Setup (a beta feature - see the Disclaimer). Each further router needs its own Remote setup order.
What you need to provide.
- A valid QuotaSpot licence (buy QuotaSpot first). Remote setup is not sold on its own.
- One router that already runs OpenWrt 24.10 or 25.12, or a supported GL.iNet model as above, that you own or are allowed to change. Please check it with the free compatibility checker first.
- A Windows or Linux computer connected to the router by network cable, with an internet connection, on which you can run QuotaSpot Setup and [SCREEN-SHARE TOOL].
- Someone at the computer for the whole session who can type the passwords and make decisions (Wi-Fi names, allowances, admin password).
- A copy of your current router settings, where possible (see the Disclaimer).
Scheduling. After you order, we email you to agree a date and time. Sessions take place over the internet only, by screen-share; we do not visit in person (except on-site setup in Sana'a, section 7). Please allow about an hour. If you need to move the session, tell us by email before it starts; we will offer another time. If you do not attend and do not reply to our emails within [NO-SHOW / RESCHEDULE PERIOD, e.g. 30 days] of the order, we may treat the order as cancelled and refund it.
During the session. You stay in control of your computer and can end the session at any time. You type the router and admin passwords yourself. We work only on the one router named in the order, through QuotaSpot Setup and the router's own tools. We do not access, configure or troubleshoot your other devices, computers, servers, your internet provider's equipment or any other network, and we do not stay connected after the session ends.
If it cannot be done. If, during the session, the router turns out not to be supported (for example it does not run a supported OpenWrt version, does not have enough storage or memory, or is not a supported GL.iNet model), or we cannot complete the installation on a supported setup, we stop and refund the Remote setup fee in full (see the Refund Policy). Your QuotaSpot licence is not affected and you can still install it yourself or on another router.
When it is done. The service is complete when the basic test above passes. After that, help with the router is ordinary email support (section 5). Later changes to the router, new routers or a reinstall are not part of the completed session.
Limits. Remote setup is a best-effort technical service. Changing a router's software carries the risks described in the Disclaimer, including lost settings or, rarely, a router that needs recovery. As far as the law allows, our total liability for a Remote setup session is limited to the fee you paid for that session, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost business, internet costs, a damaged router or data on other devices). Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. On-site setup (Sana'a, Yemen only)
We offer on-site setup only in Sana'a, Yemen. It is quoted individually and agreed in a separate written agreement, which sets out its own price, scope and terms; these Terms of Sale do not cover it except where that agreement says so. We do not offer on-site visits anywhere else.
8. Your responsibilities
- Check the compatibility checker and the requirements before buying.
- Have permission to change the router you install on.
- Keep the router's and admin panel's passwords private.
- Follow the laws that apply to offering Wi-Fi where you operate (see the Disclaimer).
9. Refunds
See the Refund Policy: 14 days, no questions asked, for first-time licence purchases. Remote setup can be refunded in full until the session starts, and is refunded if we cannot complete it on a supported setup.
Your legal rights. We sell worldwide. Nothing in these terms, the Software Licence, the Refund Policy or the Disclaimer affects rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
10. Using our website and the compatibility checker
- The checker is free and gives a best-effort estimate based on public OpenWrt data. It can be wrong or out of date. A "Great fit" result is not a guarantee.
- Device data is from the OpenWrt Table of Hardware, licensed CC BY-SA 4.0. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenWrt or GL.iNet.
- Do not try to break, overload or scrape the website in a way that harms it.
11. Liability
Our liability for the software is limited as set out in the Software Licence (sections 7 and 8) and the Disclaimer. Our liability for Remote setup is limited as set out in section 6.
12. Governing law and disputes
[TO DECIDE WITH A LAWYER] - choose the law and courts (or arbitration) that govern these terms. Things to consider: where you (the seller) can realistically enforce or defend a claim, what your payment partner requires, and that buyers are worldwide and consumers in many countries keep the protection of their local consumer law and courts whatever you choose.
Placeholder text once decided:
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW]. Disputes will be resolved by [COURTS OF ... / ARBITRATION UNDER ...]. This does not affect rights you have under the law of your country, including any right to bring a claim where you live.
Before any formal dispute, please email us at emadalghail60@gmail.com. Most problems can be sorted out quickly that way.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on our website when you buy applies to that purchase. We show the effective date at the top. Material changes will not apply retroactively to orders already paid.
